2007 Buddy Walk
Instructions for registering large groups.

Large group = 10 or more paying participants

Registration fee for large group = $5 per paying participant

Paying participant = anyone 4 yrs old or older

Free participant = anyone 3 yrs old or younger and anyone with Down syndrome

To mail a registration for a large group:

1. Complete the registration form using the contact information of the group leader.
2. Write in the number of paying participants in your group on the line that says “#__Individual Registration”.
3. Write in the number of t-shirts you need for everyone in your group (including free participants) on the lines next to the available t-shirt sizes.
4. Write the name of your group at the top of the registration form, mail to the Buddy Walk mailing address.
5. Send one check, along with the registration form, to the Buddy Walk mailing address.  Please note, your registration will be complete when the Buddy Walk committee receives the check for your entire group.

To e-mail a registration for a large group, e-mail the following information to the Buddy Walk e-mail address:

1. The group leader’s contact information and your group’s name
2. The number of paying participants in your group
3. The number and sizes of t-shirts you need for everyone in your group (including free participants) (for example 11 adult XL)
4. Send one check to the Buddy Walk mailing address.  Please note, your registration will be complete when the Buddy Walk committee receives the check for your entire group.

To receive your t-shirts at the Buddy Walk go to the “Pre-registration” tent and give the staff your group’s name and your group leader’s name.  Your shirts will be bundled together as a group.
