Down Syndrome Association of the Lowcountry is a 100% parent-led, volunteer-run organization. At this time, all board members are parents of children with Down Syndrome. We have a wide variety of professional backgrounds but our passion stems from our kids! We are committed to this organization and work hard to preserve and further the legacy of the many parent leaders that came before us. What is DSAL?

The goal of the Down Syndrome Association of the Lowcountry (DSAL) is to support the over 200 families in the Lowcountry area who have a family member with Down Syndrome. We strive to provide social and educational opportunities for our members and our community.
