Gigi's Playhouse Charleston Grand Opening

The goal of the Down Syndrome Association of the Lowcountry (DSAL) is to support the over 200 families in the Lowcountry area who have a family member with Down Syndrome. We strive to provide social and educational opportunities for our members and our community.

See what we do!

Whether you are pregnant with a child who has Down Syndrome or have recently given birth to a child with DS, we want to celebrate this baby and welcome you into this family! You are not alone and we are here to help you navigate this new adventure.

Welcome!

DSAL is a non-profit and depends upon community support to do what we do. We love every level of support from our local lemonade stands, to our Buddy Walk volunteers, to our corporate sponsors!
See how you can volunteer or donate today!
