Yoga in the Park

From the feedback that I have received, I am going to set a date and time for Yoga in the Park so that you busy people can mark your calendars! All ages are welcomed. Siblings and parents are encouraged to participate too! Miss Cara is excited to meet you guys so lets fill the park with our DSAL yoga zen! If this goes well, I'd love to see this be a monthly thing!

Date: Sunday August 27th
Time: 3:00pm
Location: Hampton Park near the Gazebo (30 Mary Murray Dr, Charleston, SC 29403)
What to bring: Yoga mat or beach towel, water bottle

There are shaded areas should it be a scorcher. Should it rain, we will set another date (check email and/or FB for updates if it seems questionable). There is a playground nearby if other siblings are not feeling the yoga.
