I am excited to announce that we will be having another Little Gym play date at the Little Gym in Summerville (http://www.thelittlegym.com/SummervilleSC) on Sunday, March 22nd (the day after World Down Syndrome Day). We will have one session for kids under age 3 from 1:00-1:45 pm and one session for kids age 3-8 from 1:45-2:30 pm. If littles want to hang around a while longer or if the older kids want to come a few minutes early, it is okay for us to overlap somewhat.

I am hoping to see you guys there. This is free for our families, but space is limited. For gym staffing purposes, it would be very helpful if you would RSVP if you are going to attend. We can include siblings if they are in same age range as that session and if we are not at party capacity with DSAL kiddos. If childcare for other siblings will be an issue, perhaps we could help each other out with that by having those in the same area combine babysitting efforts? There is a waiting area at the gym where older kids are welcome to hang out with a book, ipad, etc. with large windows through which you can see them. We do want to have a safe space for our little ones to enjoy the gym without getting trampled by older kids.

Expecting parents are encouraged to join us too!
